Professional Background
Before moving into coaching and leadership development, I spent 17 years working in the telecommunications and software development sectors, holding senior technical and management roles within multinational organisations. This experience gave me deep insight into the challenges leaders and teams face in fast-moving, complex business environments.
Since 2014, I have coached, mentored, and trained thousands of individuals and organisations, helping them improve performance, strengthen leadership capability, and achieve meaningful and sustainable success.
